          Every Thai person with Thai nationality who has a house of their own is familiar with the blue cover house registration book or Thor Ror Ror. That is intended for foreigners who enter the country legally. It will be a book similar to Thai people's. But there will be a yellow cover or what is called. Thor.R.13

Features for foreigners  

Qualifications for foreigners who can apply for a house registration, Thor Ror. 13, are as follows:
  1. Foreigners who are married to Thai nationals
  2. Foreigners buying real estate and is named as the owner of the property.

Documents used in the house registration, form Thor Ror. 13

  1. Homeowner's documents are ID card and house registration
  2. Foreigners' documents are passport with copy, notification of residence for foreigners. Issued by the Immigration Office, marriage certificate, 5 2-inch photographs, a copy of the Thai house registration that will notify foreigners to stay. and 2 witnesses with ID cards.

    Requesting a foreigner's house registration cannot be a host, but can only request to be a resident
